INTEGRATED ARVIGO® THERAPY
Initial Session - 120 minutes, $189

Follow Up Session - 75 minutes, $105

This massage focuses entirely on your core to relive restrictions that cause pain and dysfunction while supporting optimal organ position, blood and lymph circulation, nerve conduction, and energetic flow.  We will also discuss self care techniques that can easily be incorporated into your life so you can continue your progress at home.  Self massage is taught during your initial session; other methods of best practice such as body mechanics, mindfulness, and dietary concerns will be addressed in follow up sessions.

Feelings of hope, lightness, bliss, being "floaty," openness, deeply grounded, a greater sense of wellbeing, extremely relaxed, and reduced pain are commonly expressed after this massage.

Modalities used are The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Swedish, and The Emotion Code or other energy work.

C. went from consistent 5 level hip pain and unable to tolerate any touch between her collarbones to her knees as a symptom of her severe PTSD and anxiety to 0 pain and asking for direct work on her thighs and hips in 2 months.
 

When C. came to me, she wanted to address the consistent 5 level pain she felt in her left hip for years. The catch? No direct work on her hips.
 
Any touch between her collarbones and her knees sent her into a high fight/flight response and set off panic attacks as it triggered memories of being sexually molested as a child. Even hugging family was sometimes challenging.
 
Though at first closed to the idea of energy work and other somatic techniques, C. agreed to expand our approach after seeing only limited, short-lived decreases in her pain working solely through movement and lower leg and foot realignment.
 
Six sessions later
 
C. walked in and ASKED for physical touch on her legs and hips! And during the direct work? No anxiety. No flashbacks. No panic attacks.

Feats years of therapy had not been able to achieve.
 
Oh yeah, and her hip pain is gone too ;-)​​​
