Fluid movements interspersed with intentional stillness invite you to reconnect with your bodymind, creating space for playful adaptability, peaceful responsiveness, and full presence as you engage with the stresses and joys of life. These sessions are a beautiful way to 

  • relieve the pressures of everyday tensions, 

  • do occasional maintenance after completing a full treatment plan, or 

  • as an introduction for deeper work with me.

The primary techniques used during this session are Swedish, Esslyn-like massage, Spontaneous Muscle Release Techniques, myofascial release, some natural energy work, and occasionally Maya Abdominal Massage. Clients report feeling

Session reservations are approximately 60 minutes long ($160), though I suggest allotting 90 minutes in case we need more space to finish unwinding a pattern and to give yourself time before rushing to the next part of your day.
